If possible jump for a target. If you want to dunk a basketball for example try jumping to touch a target that is 10 feet high, and when you can do that, aim higher. Perform plyometrics, but don't over do it. You don't need to do hundreds of jumps to acheive results. If you are doing high impact jumping such as depth jumps do less. If you are doing lower impact work such as skipping or bounding you can do more work.
