      <title>My jeans don&#180;t fit like before</title>
      <description>I bought these pair of jeans a year ago, that I LOVE. But then I got a bit bigger thighs, and know I can&#180;t get them on anymore. They were loose jeans, not tight - fitting but not baggy either. I only gained wight in my thighs.
So how can I make them fit again? Like what sort of simple exercises would help and are the any foods that can help?

It&#180;s kind of a stupid question, but this is a website for advice :)
