Help with zune and ipod?

Ok so I just ordered the newest generation of 80gb Zunes and I have the newest 8gb iPod Nano. I'm wondering how the 2 of them compare, and what all you guys think. can you help me out and let me know if I made a smart decision?

well, 80gb is obviously bigger the 8gb.
if you like to watch videos or tv, I would suggest zune, because the screen is much bigger.
I also prefer the zune menu and interface
over the ipods, but that's just personal preference.
the main difference is downloading music... for iPod you pay by song/album, but for zune, you can do that, or pay per month and 'rent' the music- you download as much as you want, but once you stop your subscription, you don't have it anymore. its a lot like rhapsody. but if you use limewire or bearshare, you don't really have to worry.

personally, I like zune better.
