Will ice patches reduce zits?

Asked by fau 11 months ago, 5 answers.

OK so one of my family member has some bumps or zits or someting on his face. And I was wondering if putting ice patches on that area would reduce his zits. I heard ice patches do work but im not sure if they are the healthy way. What im trying to ask is...

that are ice patches as same as popping the zits?
ill be very thankfull if you could tell me if theres any other healthy way you know to reduce his zits.

Not ice packs. Rub some salt water on them twice a day and they will heal...I'd be worried any other way would lead to scarring.
