Your eyeliner

How do you make your eyeliner look full? Which do you like better? Liquid or pencil? And also do you wear black eyeshadow when you wear eyeliner???

pencil is much better... and you just double up the line. and don't wear black eyeshadow. url make your eyes reali small.. you want to do black eye pencil and a bright colour on your lids x

what I do is pull my eye lid down a bit, so that the pencil is drawing on the inside sorta (if ya know what I mean) but you cant do that with liquid. also I wouldnt wear black eye shadow, unless you were going out or some thing... ya know like some where fancy.. I think that people say that blue eye shadow looks good with brown eyes but idunno, you could look it up
