Lip piercing at a young age

Can I get a lip piercing at 13 with my moms signature??? In canada,scarbrough??? How much would it hurt???

With parent's permission it's very likely you can. It depends what piercing shop you go to but I think most would but you might need to wait a year or two...

most profesional peircers would be hesitant
becauuse your young and probably have no idea what your getting into
peircings, especially on your face affect other things
if your school has a dress code, youll have to take it out
if you have a job, majority of them find peircings unprofesional
and when you decide to take it out later on youll be left with a small pimple sized scar
also, if you keep it in for many years
thhole may never be able to close up, it would have healed fully around the peircing, and not be able to close up
so you really need to think about this first and make sure its something you actually want
it would also be best to wait a few more years

I know where I live you have to be at least 14 and have parents signiture and proof there parents and id and the whole sha bang.
I'm not sure in canada though sorry =/
