Why has my period stopped?

I recently started the combined pill. I was told 2 take it the first day of my period which was wednesday. So far I have taken two pills both at 11am. Since I last changed my pad at about 6:!5pm last night I havent bled since.

why has my period...

suddenly stopped?
will I come on again in the next few hours/ a day/ couple of days?
or is it normal whilst taking the pill?
or is it a side effect?

Any help to answer these question or any other advice whihc is needed for this question.

Fallon bbes I've been told by my doctor that it's normal and it will happen. your periods are more likely to stop, be shorter, lighter.
