Fake nails won't damage your nails but they'll have to be taken off by the nail technician. My family owns about ten nail salons, but I'm still not sure of my facts. I believe they'll have to drill it off. The best thing to do though is to use a polish remover with acetone. You have to soak and file, never pull at the nail to pry it up off your natural nail, you will hurt your nail underneath the fake, or go to a different salon that will help you.

My mom bought some stuff called "Nutra Nail" that has green tea and it seems to be working good for her. You should give it a try.

if you get fake nails you can take them off yourself I do every time I get them done. I had fake nails on like 2 weeks ago and I took them off myself. My nails are very short because I bite them I always get fake nails on. You can either wait for them to come off or soaking them will make it easier for them coming off.
