What is wrong with my psp?

when I try using the internet it says failled to connect to the server or something like that can you tell me what the problem is

happens 2 me all the time. no wi fi connection. thats what I hate about it. cause some places dont have wi fi. also, sometimes it just wont find the connection and wont work. ) ;
