Don't want to destroy our friendship

ok 1 of mi friends who is a boy just asked me out he said that he has always lyked me and is single but I dont know what 2 say because I see him as a friend and if I say yes what f we break up and than were not friends no more so I dont know what 2...

say because I dont want 2 distroy our friendship...
what should I say...yes or no ???

You should just tell him how you feel. Or see how a 'no strings attached' relationship go...if all goes well then give it a rea go and if not just remain friends. But make it clear that you dont want to destroy your friendship. hope this helps x

hmm, this seems tricky, some people say that friends make the best lovers, but uhhm, I dont know... if you like him, then say yes, but if not... dont just say yes because you feel bad saying no. I would most likely end up saying yes, if I liked the kid, but idunno about you

Well, I have had the exact situation thrown at me :S... What you should do is talk to him about it. If you like him in a way more than friends you should tell him that you would love to go out with him but then say "but I'm also scared that if we ever were to break up, would it affect our friendship?". Well with me I said yes and we are happily still going out. Because we are so close, we talk about "what ifs and buts". It is better to talk to him about it. Well hope all goes well with him (y)

A lot of times you can date and stay friends after and sometimes being friends first helps! The relationship may not end at all so you wont have to worry about loosing the friendship!

you can tell him that you want to see how your friendship goes and along the way you can see if you kind of like him and if you don't say that you just want t stay friends and don't want to ruin your friendship
