If I were a girl, no I wouldn't. All I hear about it is how people ruin their feet and get so caught up in it that it hinders their normal life.

I love pointe! it hurts. yea. but I enjoy it so much that I dont mind the pain :-P
if you are contemplating starting pointe, I would advice you to (once your teacher says that you can of course!)
