Would permanently strightened hair get damaged if you dyed it?

well, I got my hair permanently strightened like 5 months ago..
and now I'm planning to dye it GoldenBrown.
Would my hair get damaged or go back to the way it was before, if I dyed my hair? because dye contains chemicals???

well when I got my hair straighten it didnt ruin my hair! but now that I hacked all my hair off my hair is curly again...

Honsetly. I Have Straiqht Hair. I Flat iRon It Everyday. And Since I Coloured It. Little Hairs Fall Out Which Makes My Hair Uneven, So No Would Be The Answer

YES. It will damage it. I have chemically straightened hair and I asked my hairdresser if I could dye it and she said nooo.
