Morning is probably best because there will be less food inside of you which might very slightly add a little weight to the scale. But that does not mean that if you want to weigh yourself at night then you dont eat anything all day, that is very dangerous, besides I would imagine that food and fluid consumed would only add a tiny tiny bit so dont worry 



What time to weigh??
I want to find out what my actual weight is, what time of day do I weigh myself??? morning or night??
