Like cardio?

Skipping, Shadow Boxing, Push Ups, Sit ups, Sparring, Calve raises, Jogging, Heavy bag, Speed Bag...

hey im kind of doing the same thing. im trying to get into the wwe or tapout or ufc or something. I have been doing 1 hour+ workouts everyday. I lift 5 pound weights, use one of those bands, use a weight bench, do squats and lunges...actually just go to "muscle and fitness hers" magazine, they have some good stuff to help you tone up, then find a class to help.
