What is causing my twitching and cramps?

I've been twitching a lot lately. and getting cramps everywhere.

I got a foot cramp when I stood up,
and I started twitching from my cheek, bottom lip. and now my foot.

whats wrong with me? I've been sleeping good. so I'm not tired.
