Don't go by BMIs. They are for Adults between 18 and 65 years of age.
According to the Teen weight chart you should weigh between 105 and 115 pounds to be in the 50 percentile of your age/height group.
You are right where you should be. You shouldn't try to lose any weight but you might start a good exercise program which would tone our muscles. That would help replace fat with muscle and make you feel a lot better about yourself.

Im 14 im 5'4 and I wiegh 107 - 108 im not over weight my bmi is normal but im not confident with myself if I lost about 5-7 pounds I would feel a lot better about myself I have a wii fit and a tredmill so I was wondering how long would I have to exersize a day and how long would it take me to loose it thank you
