Why isn't god helping me?

I have been asking for gods help but I still havent been answered when will he help me?

Are you praying for your will to be done, or gods? I heard a man once say ' I pray for patience and god puts a bunch of a$sholes in my life.' hahaha I watch how I pray these days. remember the story of jonah? I think humility is the key ingredient in prayer.

He'll answer you when the times right. Just put it all in his hands and let him have complete control of the problem. He's already got it all worked out it just takes time faith and patience.

yo not that im christian, but true christians dont pray to god when they want, if you really want something, youd have to pray everynight, and give thanks.

Actually it is respectful to not capitalize god. If you do, spell it G-d. At least according to the jewish faith.
I never capitalize god. and as for your prayers not being answered, I will let a christian answer that.

Here's how it works. You pray for what you want. If what you want happens, you give credit to an invisible super being who supposedly doesn't interfere with free will, yet manipulates people somehow anyway. If what you want doesn't happen, then you just decree that the invisible super being answered 'no'.

God knows when you really need, Right now, He knows its not time to, but when that time comes He will...you have to be patient, which I know can be a difficult thing to do, but just keep prayin, dont stop, keep prayin, and God will answer

It's hard to wait and wait, but I believe, and have experienced, these things:

1 - God can be helping you even if you don't notice it. He may not be removing the problem but he can be giving you daily strength to get through, and you learn while that is happening.

2 - God has a plan and His time is right, so keeping on praying, however small your faith, shows that you trust Him.

3 - Sometimes, as others are saying, what we think is the 'right' answer to prayer isn't the one God is going to give you. A couple of my friends died when I was praying for them. But some didn't! So if you love God, you accept whatever He gives you, trusting that it's the right thing.

4 - You could ask God in your prayers: 'Are you saying to me YES, NO, or WAIT?' What seems like no answer could be a NO, or it might just be a WAIT. God does test you to help you grow, but He promises it will never be more than you can bear. So ask Him and I believe He will let you know. He loves you like no one else does.

if you believe and have faith in god and just keep praying then when the time is right adn he's ready he'll help you

He tells us that if we ask according to his will... we will have what we ask for.

and finding that... is our job.
