Mounting is a dominance display, not necessarily sexual and can be exhibited by females but is far more common in males. I suspect she is still quite young?

The best approach is to give her a command such as "sit" or "down" and reward her with attention when she complies.

Enforce the command if she ignores it. You are then asserting your leadership without a direct confrontation.

It is nothing to worry about. It will just take some training and patience.

SHE IS BEING DOMINANT WHICH MEANS SHE THINKS SHE IS IN CHARGE, ITS NOT BAD BUT SHE WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU AND THATS HORRIBLE CAUSE YOU WANT TO BE THE BOSS NOT HER.

As phrannie said it's a show of Dominance. . . . I would not allow this behavior.
