Why won't my computer let me download anything?

hey the last couple of weeks ago I went on to youtube and want to listen to a song were the song was ment to be play it just went pure white and when I was gona be listen to songs on bebo it was white again when I was going to draw a white bored it...

came up white when I was dowload itunes it came up intenet expoler cantnot.......... please try later I douno what has caused this problam my lap top is a ibm thinkpad

first go here and download the uninstaller.

Then reboot your computer and go here
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
And reinstall the flashplayer. . .
If this doen't help you probably have a virus.
