Why is my brother so annoying?

I'm 15. He's 12. He's the most childish 12 year old ever. Like today, I was laying on the livingroom floor watching tv and I slid the house phone across the kitchen floor to try and hit my mom cause me and her always mess around with each other. I told my mom to pick it up, and she said no because I put it over there. So my brother comes in the house and calls me LAZY? I don't know, its just he does the stupidest stuff. What do I do?

This is very normal for every brother and sister - be patient, things will change for the better - after all, you love each other - this too will pass...Take care !!

Just move on - no point in getting all worked up because of your little sibling calling you 'lazy'. Hes just being a typical sibling, no matter how old he is he will always pick on you.

ignore him! and he will know it's not funny! he's only trying to make his self funny or trying to show you guys that he has an openion, or he likes teazing you!
thats my brother's hobbie!! teazing me when ever we meet!!!
but trust me on this one! when you ignore him, he will slowly stop, or get worse!!

You will get annoyed with him, theres no way to change it. Trust me I already tried.

Well, he is your brother... I mean.. I am 14 and I have a 11 year old sister... she is very annoying... but you have to find ways to deal with it.. lol ...

I'm on your brothers side. He must feel left out. You said, yourself, that you and your mom always like to mess around with each other. Your mom should know better than to pay attention to one child and not the other.

I think your little brother is pretty smart to see that you ARE lazy. You pushed the phone over to your mom and then expected her to pick it up. That seems childish and LAZY to me.

Life's too short to worry about petty stuff like this anyway. Be glad that you have a brother. Someday, you guys might, actually, need each other, but it's obvious that you can't see that now.

He could be jealous of you and simply does things to annoy you because he knows that will get your attention.

Try being a big sister to him, helping him, and try to ignore his antics.

Communication with him may also help. When he comes to the realization that you respect and appreciate him he may turn out to be a more 'likable' brother.

well I am 16 with a little sister who is 14 and she is annoying and what I do is try to get her back by doing what she does to me like I do the same thing with my mom I pick on her and my sister comes in and does something to be annoying ... so if I cathch my sister picking on my mom I butt in to buge her back ...now she is not as bad as she useto be so you should try it
