Why is he with her?

There's a guy who I like, and I thought he liked me back, we almost got together, but we decided to 'get to know eachother' more, and then he got with some girl who lives 3 hours away !?!?!

What did I do wrong ?

sweetie im sure you did nothing wrong, but maybe he wasnt interested, maybe you had the wrong impression.
Allthough he could just be trying to show off to ou, ofcourse.

And I have had a long distance last two years...and some last about a day or two. it depends on the two people and how strong and how willing they are.

Well you never who they know and like... im like him I guess, I thought I like this guy and he was givin signs that he likes me 2 but im much more closer to this other guy that I see that our relationship is going to go somewhere than the other guy that I dont really know so I guess that was what he was thinking, he just doesnt see it w/ you as much as he see the other girl

You are 13. Get out there and have fun with people that are closer to you, that live near you and go to school with you. Why would you want to settle down with anyone at such a young age?

I'm sure you didn't do anything wrong! It's just you two needed to get to know eachother. Long distance relationships in my opinion don't last long, so just wait till its the right time and tell him how you feel about him going with another girl and him telling you he liked you. :] I hope I helped

We both agreed to wait, because we didn't know eachother well enough to be in a relationship, and then we got really close, and flirty, like majorly flirty, and then he told me he had a girlfriend -.-

Ell: 15 and very pretty, don't worry about it sweety. I think he was just lonely (physically) and didn't like the idea of waiting for anyone. So he asked you first since you were his first choice, and since it ended in him having to wait, he then asked long distance girl. Or else he could be trying to make you jealous. Maybe it took so long to get to know you that he was tired of waiting. Perhaps also he got to know you and realised you were too good for him. I don't really know him so I don't really know, but it seems that you just ask him what's up. If you all are close enough then he'll give you an answer. Go in expecting the worst and you won't be dissapointed. There are good points to the worst as well anyway, if he says mean things, then he's a mean guy, and it's better that you found out now and not two years down the road when he's screwed and left you.
