why dose my lower body look bigger even after I lost several pounds??I mean ihave been doing squats and other workouts...but my lower looks bigger for some wierd reasonn.

Its because you're working the muscles in that area, swimmers have that problem [if thats what your calling it] too. So dont fret. Go run.

Water weight from working out can cause swelling in the muscles which in turn makes us look a little bit bigger. Drink a few diet cokes and the water weight will reduce and your body will slim out a bit so that you can see your actual shape. Keep doing cardio work to help slim down the weight and eventually as you start spacing your workouts you will see a huge improvement in your shape.
