Why does this happen before and after my period?

Why do I get really sick its liek im fricken pregnant when that happens to me because I also get really sick befoer my period
During it and a few days after it and its really annoying because since its every like 4 weeks or so liek I get no brake of...

not feeling sick I have like less than 2 weeks of nto feelign relaly sick and it sucks I dont know what to do someone please help!!!

if you get sick before your period its usually because of your familys past..if someone in your family had the same thing its just genetics

but I hate it it doesnt happen to my mom or ma grandma and liek none of my friends its really annoying becuase like no one in my family gets it . my mom only got it when she was pregnut
