Why do people type funny

It pisses me off when people type funny... Its not that hard. Why do you have to go and type like : this is so cool!!! Thats gay.
And typing like :

Sorry for the rant you guys. It just doesn't make sense to me

it's kinda fun and is for emphasis like if you want something to stand out. I agree that sometime plp go a little overboard with the "special" typing, but it's necessary 2 get their feelings out sometimes.=D

yah I dont like it much either...just like how I dislike people posting stuff in the wrong catagoeries ;D
