Why do i keep breaking things off my braces?

The past couple of times I've gotten my braces tightened, like 2 days after that, I break something. I take really good care of my teeth. I don't know what the problem is?

wow, I have the same exact problem.
im so bad with my braces, I play with them 24/7 and they always brake.
it sucks.
im going to try to promise myself not to break them but I dont know I always do.

When I had them mine kept breaking. I had ridges and they had to put the bands around some of my teeth to keep the brackets on. You could ask them about this. I did have to have my teeth whitened after them.
