maybe your video size is greater than 10MB, the youtube accept only 10MB below size videos... or maybe you are using dial up(sorry, im not insulting).. or it's content is not fit to your profile... tnx..

dude, maybe it's over 10MB or it's not in FLV format (flash video)

try a free download of a converter or compress the file,

also the video can't be longer than 10 minutes.
