Why can't I call my radio station?

Ever since I've asked how to call my station, I haven't gotten lucky. Everytime I call its busy. I know its busy because there's TONS of people calling, but yeah. And then sometimes it rings, rings, rings, & rings & does nothing!? What do I do?
