Why aren't we allowed links in our questions?? I don't post anything bad...REALLY!! lol...

because some links are attached with a virus. some links are disguised as porn links. you might not do anything but that doesnt mean other people won't.

They want to keep this site from other sites that could be harmful.
Like one person mentioned, some links have viruses. Or, they could be porn sites. It doesn't mean your a bad person or anything, they don't want this site to have any links with viruses.

Apart from the viruses, this site doesnt want you promoting your own site here... Soliciting is not allowed and sometimes people come on here and spam the site...

Because if you put a link on here that contained a virus, FunAdvice would get blamed. Also FunAdvice doesn't need people advertising other sites on here.
