IS it possible to have a really dark skin tone and both your parents are white?

yes because someone else in your family might of had dark skin like your great grandmother and the genes just skipped a generation or something

Yep! Its just like two people who are tall having a dwarf. It's all about Genetics... there can be dominant traits but there is still that little bit that is not so common that can still show up.
