"mccain would never be the president!"

Don't pay much attention to current events, do you? McCain leads in most national polls if pitted against either Clinton or Obama. He has a very strong chance of becoming president. And almost every political analyist in the country is thinking about who he will pick for his running mate. 'Nuff said.

To answer the original question, McCain has a tough choice. He risks alienating the conservative members of his party, so he might choose someone more conservative than himself (as Clinton chose the more liberal Gore in 1992). On the other hand, if he is facing Clinton or Obama, he may want to take someone more popular among minority voters. Some have suggested Florida governor Charlie Crist. Another excellent possibility is JC Watts, the former Oklahoma Congressman. I agree with amblessed that Sanford is a definate contender.

If you don't pay attention to what is going on in politics than a lot of people who don't follow shouldn't talk about it, that's my opinion. just how the people who DON'T vote, COMPLAIN about the outcome. it's ridiculous.

if america is predictable I'm sure you can tell us what is going to happen, right? and also tell us what is going on behind closed doors?

see there is your first mistake WHO said I dont follow? # 2 your OPINION sould be reavauleated cause every one should talk no matter where they stand ! on the matter that means you only like to hear what you want! a open mind is the key! cause people are very good at tell someone what they want to hear cause they eat it up like pac man and call it the law ok ! thats what I ment by tv crap! and no am not gunna feed into your last comment ant tell whats gunna happen next wiyh the world but I can predict your next move " TELL US WHAT GO'S ON BEHIND CLOSE DOORS" yuh thats what you want to ask me? well you no what for your own good you dont need to know cause if your that nieve on how grimmy the politic game is then stay in your lane.
