Who are the jonas brothers?

I recently found out a band called the Jonas Brothers exists and I see a lot of questions about them on this site. So who are they? Are they anything like Gorod or Symphony X? Do they play instruments? If so are they any good ant playing them? Are they any good live? Because to me, a band is not good unless they can play their music almost perfectly live.

They are a young group of singers. I never heard of them until I found this site either.

Joe Jonas, Nick jonas and Kevin Jonas. All guy group, all brothers. They play guitar but they play mostly like...I don't know how you wud describe their music but nothing like System of a down or anyt hing like that. They are ok. Some people are very into them and their looks and others hate them. Its pretty much just another band thats highly popular amongst teenage girls! :] I have never seen them live but they are said to be good. Its personal opinion though. I hope this helped! I persoanlly would listen to them on myspace or download one of their songs to experiance their music. This question will probly get a lot of 'Their so bad!' and 'They are awesome!' opinions lol

They started off playing mostly for the Disney Channel here, recreating songs from famous Disney movies and have stared in many shows and movies now.

Nick, Joe, and Kevin are the band called Jonas Brothers. They are GREAT!! And also AMAZING! you should really listen to their music...its AwSOME. HUGE FAN OF THEIRS LOL!

three boys who sing and play the guitar (nick and kevin do) and joe sometimes playes the tambourine. apparently they are really good live. I have never seen them, but I like their music. If you want to listen to it watch a video on youtube.
They all christian. (in case you care) Joe is 18, nick is...I forget, and I think kevin is 20.

Hmm, I dont know much about them besides the fact that they are each pretty cute boys, besides Kevin. In my personal opinion Joe is the cutest, but Nick is the most talented. They originated on Disney, and Nick has dated Miley Cyrus [YUCK] and Joe, Aly from Aly&&AJ. They have a few good songs but to be honest, I think they are more the type of band who is popular for their looks than their real talent. If you like teen pop bands, go for it. (:

Nick(15) Joe(18) and Kevin(21) , they are brothers and they are sooo cute, nick plays guitar, piano and drums, and joe and kev guitar and I think kev plays drums too but I really dont know it. They have 2 albums, first album is called 'ITS ABOUT TIME' (2006) and second is called 'JONAS BROTHERS' (2007)... and they are recording one more now, itll be 'A LITTLE BIT LONGER', its called like that because of a song nick wrote thinking about his diabetes (he has diabetes type 1...aaawww)

I don't like them, they are Disney's newest Boy Band, they are not great they are popular because of their Looks, not really their talent, their fans are always fighting and bashing, trashing, hating and stuff on all girls that go out with them , or just hang with them.Their music is OK if you are into it, I seriously would like it if Nick didn't sing it, adn Joe's voice sounds like he is trying to ahrd to sing so yeah a Boy band that sounds more like Pop than Rock

they are a gruop of brothers, joe, kevin and nick. they song songs about life and love and a lot of other stuff. I personnaly LOVE their music. but like viooleet18 said. people have different opinions about them. ushould see pics.of them though. they are hot. especially joe. he is my hubbie wubbie bear. lolz
