Piano Because you can get a key board to practice. I have no clue how you would practice on a organ. unless you go to a church. lol

Piano less pedals and keys!
But once you've learned the piano you should grasp the Organ fairly quickly same priciaples

As a professional keyboard player, I can tell you that it's best to start out on a piano. I love playing the Hammond B3, but my skills on the B3 came after years of training on the piano.

Piano & Organ technique vary in many ways. Where you have a sustain pedal on piano to get you smoothly from chord to chord, you don't have that available on an organ. Of course, with a synthesizer, you could use the sustain pedal while playing an organ voice, but that would be cheating!

Learn good piano technique and set a goal to move up to the organ, only AFTER you have become proficient with the piano.
