Originaly, George Played Lead Guitar, but as the band progressed, he also played Synthisizer, Bass, on certian tracks, and various instruments, such as, Harmoniums, Maracas, Tambourine, Timpani, Sitar, Organ, Harmonica, Tambura, Vibes, Hammond, Precussion, Harpsichord, Drums*, Bass and Ukulele**,

* On Back In The U.S.S.R, Along with both Lennon and McCartney

** On Free as a bird
