Which brand of make-up is good?

izzit that different brands of make-up suits different kinds of people? name a few which suits you and you think is great to intro tuh people!!! lets hab a great disscussion! (:

Let mie start, for me I think silky girl ish nort bad..da roll on perfume ish kinda fragrance.. I m using mac powder+foundation. it covers, but do rmb tuh remove it immediately when eu reach hm...!!! for ya skin to breathe...which kinda eyeliner ish beta and last long? I so far don't come across any and din want to spent $ on sumtink not worth... hEES!

I use Australis if you get that anywhere else other than Australia.

4 foundation and eyeshadow and lipgloss its gr8. I dunno about lipstick cause I don't use it

for me,

I love NARS. every product they have is great. I don't know why it just works really well with my skin.
For foundation though I use Lancome. Not that NARS doesnt have a great foundation, I can just match my skin tone better with Lancome.
I hate Sephora eyeliner. it stays on long but no matter how much you put on some of if always ends up on the top of your eye, its really irritating.

for some reason I really dont like MAC its overpriced and the make up doesnt last long. I always find myself re-applying it

It's more expensive but I personally love Almay. They have complexion matching foundation, customized makeup sets to bring out your eyes (which includes eye shadow color palettes, eye liner, etc.) and the blush is relatively good too. As for lipstick I'm a fan of Covergirl because it doesn't rub off easily.

I personally love Bare Escentuals makeup! It is soo natural and soo good for your skin! It is also very fun to use because there are websites dedicated to coming up with new ways to use this makeup, so it keeps it interesting! Get the starter kit with all of the brushes and how-to dvd first, then buy it on ebay for half the price. I have tried a lot of their products, but have not used the eyeliner set yet, so I'm not sure about how good it works, but everything I have tried is amazing so far. Also, try using the foundation with a damp brush to get more coverage, just mist a little water on the brush, and it will look great! Hope this was helpful!

I love almay foundation, it blends with your skin so it doesnt look orange. I love maybelline full and soft waterproof mascara- I love it! and NARS duo eyeshadow in kalahari. Also, rosebud lip gloss from urban outfitters or sephora is great.

OMG PINKPANTIEMINTS you are sooo right abt MAC I think its way over priced and the foundation is so crap! I bot one for £18, thats $40 I think and in say 12 hrs I had to reapply it about 6 times! and I don't even use that much...it gets all greacy and cloggy and eww. hate it!
