Where to get some good emo/goth clothes?

Where do you find good emo/goth clothes??? I want to dress emo but not be emo. I kinda dress emo already but I don't know where to find better clothes. And where do you find black makeup???

I've been wondering that myself.

hot topic! definitly has everything there...skinny jeans in multiple colors, hair dyes, emo band and rock band tees, studded belts, black tops and amazing piecings and stuff...check it out! ummm black makeup? I wud try just like a cvs hting?

Take it to the computer! It's loads cheaper, unless you live in a heavily populated area where they sell things a bit cheaper. You could also make some stuff yourself to save money...like those stripped tops, those would be easy to make. and the capris you could make out of old jeans, and dress them up a bit with plaid patches and some tripps. As for makeup..go drugstore. I've also found that using olive oil (because I'm too cheap to buy makeup remover) works wonders when taking black makeup off.
As I agree tho, Hot Topic would be a good choice.

see if you have an atmosphere around you and for hot topic it is ok but it used to be a lot better. and try to get the tightest jeans possible and tanktops with some sort of layer effect . oh dont forget a tie they freaking rule and black eyeliner. just know that even though you are not emo but appreciate the style you will stlill be victim to the stereotypes and believe me it can get rough.

if you want to look like everyone else, then sure go to hot topic
but you can find some awesome clothing in op-shops and second hand stores...even garage sales
makeup, you can find anywere that sells it really, somewere like priceline will have black makeup, as well as $2 shops and things, there good for getting cheap black nailpolish and stuff
