Where should I get a tattoo?

Is the inside of my thigh a good spot to get a tattoo? And if not where should I get one?

I would not get it on the thigh because your thigh can get larger over the years and it might look gross if your skin stretches in that area. depends what and how big your getting tattooed

I reckon it would hurt there..I got one on the inside of my ankle..altho its actually a bit up from the ankle..its no where near the bone..it didnt hurt much at all.
just dont get a tattoo with shading in it. it hurts..

shading doesn't hurt that bad. no need to compromise the art and what you want because of a little pinch. I have 5 tattoos. pain threshold has some to do w. it, but for the most part its not bad. inner thigh should feel sting, but not hurt. I've got some tattz on pure muscle and others on veins and they didn't hurt, just stung a bit. hope you don't get psyched out by "pain" talk lol.

My mum has one on her thigh. But to the side.
It will hurt wherever you get it done.
My dad has almost his entire back done with the most AMAZING things!
Get it somewhere where you can hide it, not your hands, lower arm, FACE.
Because you never know in 20 years time you might hate it, then at least you can cover it up.
Get it where YOU would like, think the tattoo through before you go through with it, and yeah..

I think your inside of the thigh is a good spot. You can cover it up but also see it when you want it to be seen.
The stretching of the skin could be a problem as you can get older, but you can always cover it up.

Its not my choice or anyone elses where you get it done, so just do what you do and put a picture up of it if you get it done! :D

Good Luck,
Hope I've helped

I'm not planning on getting anything really crazy but small like a little butterfly with my name underneath it. the streaching of the skin is a good point, but I'll ask around and find out which spot would be the best. Thanks guyz

I think if you get shy about the thigh, you could go for in the waist area. abit to the front. so that if your at the beach in a bikini, orjust in your panties, it kinda shows half. that's cute, I think.

I would have to say, I've seen many tattoo's but the best one I've ever seen is on a wrist. my cousin had it done and whenever she has too look professional she just covers it up with bracelets or make-up.

thats where I would get one but then again it depends on how big you want it
