CANADA all the way!!!!!! I live in Nova Scotia and even the winter's here can be harsh, but go somewhere like BC, NewFoundLand or the NorthWest Territories over the winter and it's the definition of beautiful. It's also a lot cheaper to come to Canada then some places, so you need to at least consider it.
