Whats going on with me?

Asked by layla_123 5 months ago, 7 answers.

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I have no desire to get up and go. I feel like I could just lay around for days doing nothing. Im tired of taking medications that make me feel just as tired even after a month cycle. I cry for no reason and...

sometimes I feel like I want to crawl out of my skin, or just roll in a ball and die. I wouldnt ever try to hurt myself but what can I do or what is some advice to make me feel better?

no no no, you need to get up because life is too short, then you'll regret when your really old, what you need to do is get up and exercise at least 30 minutes a day , you could do it in the mornings or nights, feel better about your self, do you have any goals? make money , go out have fun , do what you like to do , oh and maybe the madication is making you feel worst. Be happy , trust me you will regret it, I wasted 4 years of my young life feeling like you, its time for you do something about it. BE HAPPY.

Sounds like you have some kind of chemical imbalance. You need to work closely with a good psychiatrist. He or she can toggle your medication until you find the right balance. It is a long process, but it will be worth it when you can't wait to wake up every day.

It sounds to me like a chemical imbalance too. You're still growing up! So the best things to cheer you up is GET UP and take a shower! And brush your hair, put something you feel comfy in and call over some friends or bake something you like and watch a funny movie and go outside and exercise. All the things you enjoy will make you feel much better.

Try setting goals for yourself. Weekly, monthly, 6-months, etc. If you establish attainable goals for yourself you may have more incentive to get up in the morning.

You also sound like you are depressed or stressed out. Check out the site below.
