What would have happened if hitler won wwii?

I want to know what whould have happend if germany japan and italy would have won the 2 world war.comment please.

well first of all, it wouldn't have been all three of those countries to have won. you have to think about who their respective leaders were and how each of them had acted prior towards other countries. especially hitler, who betrayed all of his alliances with countries and broke treaties. its more realistic to think germany would've been the top dog out of those three.

assuming germany was able to successfully win in the Soviet Union in 1941 and bombing Britain in 1940, it wouldn't be hard to imagine a complete turn of events. if germany didn't declare war against the U.S. when japan carried on its attacks on Pearl Harbor there wouldn't be any hostilities between germany and america, possibly leading to japan declaring war on germany for betraying the alliance. keeping in mind that germany WON its invasion of the Soviet Union, germany would have plenty of oil overwhelming japan with two armies. with america on the attack towards japan, victory would favor the america simply because of lack supplies and raw oil for japan. however, that victory wouldn't be from a nuclear bomb since the scientists who came up with the technology were germans arrested after the fall of the 3rd reich. so the war itself wouldn't have ended in 1945, but many years later.

this would leave germany to actually have nuclear capabilities first as well as many other things like jet planes and medium/long ranged missiles. a fairly dark future might have ensued.

Probable that 'Dictatorship' would be the order of the day with little or no individual rights - all belongs to 'state'.

wimp? your tlaking about a guy who took on france...great britain...russia...united states all top powers in that time and spoke out his beleifs in face of the world? It would be horrible. Horrid. Horrendous. How can one look at that time and say, I wish life was like that? I have family members who died in the holocaust. The shoah was a time just like avdut. It was just like slavery in egypt. One nation was reduced to nothing, and that's how they felt themselves--not worthy.

Depends on what you mean by 'won the war'. Hitler himself believed the Third Reich would eventually dominate the world, but he also believed that would take a very long time, likely not happening in his life time. He predicted that the final conflict for such domination would happen around 1980.

What he wanted to accomplish for the 'Thousand Year Reich' was increased 'living space' and resources for a united Aryan nation that included Britain. He also wanted to remove people he considered inferior from this new society (Jews, Slavs, communists, homosexuals, etc.).

So, Hitler's best chance for achieving European victory came in 1940 when British and French forces were retreating from Dunkerque. A combined paratroop invasion of southern Britain and aerial bombardment at that time might have realistically forced a British surrender. Keep in mind that there were Nazi collaboraters and sympathizers in the UK, just as there were in many other nations. A German invasion in 1940 could have brought about power struggle in parliament between Churchill and his opponents.

This would have allowed Hitler to focus his energy on invading the Soviet Union, and on expanding his holdings in North Africa and the Middle East, a less difficult task if not fighting the British. In this situation, I would say victory for Hitler would come by negotiating a 'Brest-Litovsk' type treaty with the USSR, stripping it of huge amounts of territory and resources, since I still doubt he could totally defeat the Soviets, who might still have been supported by US materiel.

But even this is pure speculation. What if the Soviet Union was still able to rally and hold back the Nazi invasion, a strong possibility? And, with all of the resistance movements happening in countries under his control, how long could Hitler have possibly expected to hold Europe? And, would Japan have still forced the Axis Powers into a war against the US by attacking the American fleet, when Germany was clearly not ready for such a war? This is assuming that the US would not have entered the war with Britain being defeated. All in all, I see little chance of Hitler salvaging total victory.

Emilio, are you kidding me? Hitler had no intention of stopping there and the world's nations should have intervened a lot earlier.

If Hitler hadn't betrayed Soviet-Russia and had tried to negotiate energy and oil deals with them instead of trying to grab it all through brute force, Hitler would have had a far greater chance at winning World War II. Thankfully, he didn't think it through properly.

Dictatorship doesn't work and though the world we live in now isn't completely free and definitely not as free as most people think, it's safe to say we're better off as we are.
