well my parents are like totally over protective of me so I can hardly do anything im lucky that I even get to leave the house, but thats only for skool, and church other wise im stuck at home! im like 16 and I've NEVER EVER EVER had alcohol, I know its...

hard to believe but its true! so I was thinking I could drive down to the bar and get some but im sooo not 21 and I could pull that look off real easy but do those kind of places check you for ID, and if they do how much trouble would you get in if they caught you with a fake one?

Wow, you're like SIXTEEN and you've never had alcohol. I totally understand how you feel. After all, the legal age to drink in the U.S is TWENTY-ONE.

And I quote:

- It is illegal to use another's identification as one's own.

- All states and the District of Columbia now have laws stating age 21 as the minimum age to purchase or drink alcohol.

- It may seem fun to have a fake ID until you get caught with it. Severe penalties apply to the possession, manufacture, use or sale of altered/false driver's license and military or university identification. You could pay a fine and/or go to jail.

- A conviction of possessing, manufacturing, using or selling fake IDs will appear on your permanent criminal record. A police record can limit you in job hunting or impact your admission to college or graduate school.

So my advice to you, dear little girl, is to wait until you're of age. Five years may seem like forever, but you're not exactly getting any younger.

Lol, yes xiizag is right. However in England they DO snap it on first offence, but if you do it again and again you will get arrested and instantly have a record of forgery which can prevent any good chances at a job in the future
