What will happen if global warming continues?

well, according to some scientists, we are already seeing the effects of global warming. hurricane katrina, melting glaciers and a huge hole in the ozone layer over antartica. if we don't stop global warming than the glaciers could melt and then the sea level would greatly rise. many different animals would become extinct because of all the climate changes it would be hard for them to adapt quickly enough. if you want to see the more dramatic possible effects of global warming than you should watch "an inconveniant truth" (a video documentary about global warming created by Al Gore) hope this helped !

Most people don't know but hurricane katrina was actually predicted a few years early by many scientists. They also knew where it was going it hit etc. the government did not listen because of course at the time they were somewhat ignorant towards global warming. Global warming has also been occuring in the Medlives where huge storms have destroyed people homes. These storms used to only occur once or twice every three years but now they occur once or twice every month. In the next 20 years the Medlives will be completely under water and the whole population will be forced to leave their homes. In Bangledash 1/4 of the land is already under water and with the levels rising each year more and more people will have to leave. It sad because there are more enviromental refugees now than war refugees. If global warming continues we will suffer similar and worse effects than the Medlives or Bangledash
