Why won't omega fight in final fantasy?

ok umm well I havent beat the game my strongest guy is lvl 90 and I was looking 4 a challange so I got to omega but hes in a fricken ball and wont wake up so why wont he fight?

XD, all mine are level 100, and I don't want to fight him, but here's how you do it.

I will also asume this is in 8, no?

Defeat all the creatures in Ulimawhatever's castle. Then ring the bell. Run back down and batta boom, you got the hardest fight of your life...

If it's not, send me a funmail...
