What up with these questions?

Whats up with these topics? I seriously don't understand them.

Gothic- Is this just something to categorize your self? You seen someone one day looking like this and you thought...hey maybe I would be cool if I dressed and acted like this?
I seen someone on here talking about cutting. what the f*ck is wrong w/ you. Oh I know you want attention.

Sex- there are so many people asking the dumbest questions on sex that I am starting to get dumber by just reading it. Here is a hint. If you THINK you've lost your virginity you are way to young to have s*x!!! PERIOD. If you don't know how to finger yourself you are way to young to do it!!!

We as a society need to grow up, stay in school and pay attention when you are there.

Seriously, I was born and raised in a town of 490 people and I wasn't this dense when I was 13-14 years old. Grow Up and get some knowledge.

People are different - what's unimportant. silly, trivial, etc to you, may be very important to the person asking the question - many are reaching out for much needed help - in my opinion, no question is a stupid question.

Most of that, could be worded in a way that people wouldn't take offense to, but agree with...and, it's be best if you posted that as a reply to somebody's question However, you do have some very good points.

You are experiencing a lesson in futility by reading or attempting to understand most of these posts. Just go with the flow and ignore what you find to be irritating 'to your last nerve'. We aren't going to change anything on this site even if we complain to high heaven, so to speak. Forgive me Lord, I didn't mean it that way.

A lot of people here need an open benevolent heart to share some words of kindness and try to give them some joy in life. I noticed you suggested in one answer that someone read the bible. . . Made me think would Jesus call the question of these Teenagers/ adults silly or would he answer them? Would he single out a group of kids for dressing differant or accept them to teach? A lot of folks here come from broken homes and thats tuff. . . most of them aren't dense after all they did find this place. . . . and they come from all over the world. . . lots of different cultures. . . .
We don't have dumb folks here we have folks that need to talk to someone to get advice. some have made bad choices ( We all Do.) some have made terrible mistakes. ( we all have.) some are confused. . . ( We don't make fun of them.) And some just want some attention. .. ( Don't we all.) I've had some very rewarding times here that really warmed my heart. I haven't Cussed to get my point across once. . . . Unleashing angry word on someone only makes more angry words. . sharing a kind word of understanding creates a bit of peace and the want to understand. . .

People come here for advice and we should provide it where we can. Not everyone has the same intellectual ability and understanding of the world.

As pointed out, there are also visitors from all sorts of backgrounds and cultures. Some in which the most obvious things are not discussed.

We should try not to judge others against our own background.

What annoys me is not really the stupidity, but the arrogance that comes with the stupidity. A lot of people who come here under the guise of 'looking for advice' (really they just want someone to tell them they're right) have the assumption that that they're better or more mature than whoever it is they have a problem with. Some people also come here just to brag or to get a reaction. 'I'm thirteen and I've slept with seven people. Oh, and I've also been doing drugs since I was six. What do you think?'

That kind of attitude makes the world go around, though. It also allows me to polish my subtle insulting skills.
