What to get for my daughter's birthday?

she is turning seven and I don't know what she'll want for her birthday. should I throw her a party? go to dinner? go to the movies and when I ask her she say I dont know. what would be ideal for a seven year old girl?

o0o0o the ideal thing 4 a 7 year old would b a party!, invite her friends round an how about makeing it a lil fun? and make the party fancy dress? whats her fav tv programme? im from england and all of the girls are mad about dora!, e.g a dora themed party? you could have a themed party etc take her to her fave place? ummm I still think having a party with lots of party games is a gr8 idea!! hope this helps! x

Yeah, any little girl I know would much pefer a party for her birthday, because it is all about them, rather than going out to dinner (which probably wouldn't seem really special) or to a movie.
If she is really girly, you could do a princess-themed party; if she is more of a tomboy, why not something else she enjoys doing.

Ya I think a princess theme sounds nice, but Dora? I really dont know any 7yr. olds, but to me dora sounds to young like . you should do the princess theme, and little crowns, thats cute,

listen always snoop around her looking aat what she seems to like then make up some cute little theme or what I would do is take $300.00 and bring her to a kids' salon and do it with her then she'll feel special but only take pictures of her she'll think you were gay when she grows up..

Usually 7 year olds are into like Hannah Montana. I say do it with a bunch of Hannah Montana things.

Having a party would be great!
Or you could take her out during the day..maybe to see a movie, go out for lunch, have a makeover - and some family time. In the evening you could surpise her by having friends come over to have a girlie sleepover! You could prepare a pass the parcel..and you could have a nice party dinner =]
Then later they can get al dressed up and watch movies all night long with lots of pizza and ice cream! Would be fun
