Its not what you eat really...Its how much you eat and how often you eat.
I have maitained my weight by exercise, eating healthy with a few un healthy items such as a donut, cookie pc of cake ect...ONCE in AWHILE...I dont eat at MCdonalds, BK, a few times at Wendy's there Salads are mmm very good, thats all I eat there, I mainly stick with SubS or making my own food at home its Much healthier...you know what you are getting when you make it yourself!!
Also careful cutting calories and doing to much exercises...you dont want to go Anorexic or have a Mental disorder from Repetition!!



What to eat to stay skinny?
I'm 13 years old and I weigh 105 pounds, and I really want to stay 105! However I'm afraid to eat something wrong and go higher than the 110 pound line. what should I eat to stay 105 pounds at the height of 5 ' 6 ft. ?
