What to do as announcer for a talent show?

Help! I really want to be an announcer for this year's talent show, but I'm not sure what to say or do. Any advice, reply ASAP!

Well you could say "and up next we have..." and don't forget to add a name to all of these and this one "introducing..." "and give it up for...".

Yeah, but what should I do othr than just stand there and say names on the program; anything to entertain, but not make myself look like a retart.
