I too have dark circles under my eyes and I'm going to be honest with you. I've tried almost 20 different products and they are all the same. Your best bet is to use a cocoa butter stick(not the lotion) and apply it in the morning and before you go to bed. it may take you a little while to see the improvements but it works. Of course it's not going to go away completely, so you will also need a concealer stick(the kind that looks like lipstick).

Drink 8 glasses of water a day. You'd be amazed at what changes when you do this. Your skin will be even smoother and it can also boost your immune system. Getting enough sleep also plays a big role.

This is Hollywood Eye Magic in action. It works for puffiness as well as dark circles. It is amazing! Read the more info section at the right of the video for detailed information.
