Always thaw poultry in refridgerator, not at room temperature. Approx. 5 hours per pound to thaw. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook at 350 and 20 mins per pound plus 20 minutes. Internal temperature must be at 165-170 degrees. Cheers!
