I just read a story about this on CNN. suprisingly, it's Alaska. (I know, I was shocked, too.) but it makes some sense if you think about it. the question says "per person" so it has nothing at all to do with how large of a population a state has. they said it has more to do with being inside during the long winters so kids in Alaska tend to have more indoor hobbies.

What state has the highest average web kinz per person?
I was just watching TV and I saw that Web kinz are getting to be just as popular as Beanie Babies were. So I was just wondering which state in the US has the highest average of webkinz per person?
