I am the same.. I am skinny and I eat a lot but it doesnt show and everyone says that I dont eat but I do... I think its just in genetics and how high your matabalism is... my family is small and skinny so it has a lot to do with that... if you try to eat a whole bunch of junk food or something to gain weight you might gain it in the wrong spot or it might all go to one place.. I think you should just eat healthy.
It's "'not normal" only because of the media and today's society, but there are actually a lot of girls that want to gain weight, and even get plump. The very best thing you can do is mix 1 pint of half and half w/ 1 pint of chocolate milk, and drink 3 of these a day...plus eat all you can too, of course. Have you gained any since posting this?



What should I eat to gain weight?
I know it's not normal to hear that but I want to gain weight, I eat but it doesn't show , what should I eat to gain some weight???
